Graphics card repair is a complex process requiring specialised equipment and in-depth electronics knowledge. SIA "Interfeis" carries out graphics card diagnostics and repairs in Riga — we are one of the few service centres in Latvia offering board-level (BGA) graphics card repair.
The most common graphics card faults: artefacts and coloured lines on screen, computer does not detect the card, overheating and spontaneous shutdown, BIOS corruption, damaged connector contacts. Overheating is often treatable without a full replacement — replacing thermal paste and cleaning the heatsink can extend the card's life by years.
We carry out diagnostics, BGA chip re-soldering, BIOS reflashing, cooling system servicing and other work. Before any repair we provide an accurate quote — you decide whether to proceed. For high-end cards (RTX 3080/4080, RX 6800 XT) repair is frequently far more economical than replacement.
