SIA "Interfeis" provides a warranty on all completed repairs and IT services. Our goal is long-lasting solutions, not just temporary fixes.
Warranty Terms
Warranty on labour — 12 months from the date of service
Spare parts — manufacturer's warranty (typically 12 months)
Warranty service for peripherals is carried out at the manufacturer's authorised service centres
Warranty service for repaired computers is carried out by SIA "Interfeis"
Warranty covers the entire system if the computer was purchased and configured by Interfeis
Replacement with equivalent parts (by function and performance) is permitted
New computers are sealed with individual numbers to ensure warranty validity
Important
The warranty does not cover damage caused by mechanical impact, liquid ingress, misuse, or unauthorised third-party intervention.
